This is a New Era of coatings removal. NAllen's patent pending process leaves ZERO coating on the substrate. We utilize high output, high efficiency convected radiant heat concentrated over the coatings surface. In avg of 7 minutes it renders >99% of the topcoat and base coat to an unviable powder like consistency which then can simply be brushed off. The process works in any coating millage range, and in addition to, the process dries water saturated substrates, and removes efflorescence allowing for immediate coatings application.

NAllen Holdings is a coatings removal technologies company based in Texas. We manufacture and sell our equipment to contractors performing coatings removal specifically on masonry, and concrete substrates.

We have thoroughly tested our patent pending process and have found not only does it work without damaging the wall, but it also dries it out, and we can prove it!!

CMU structural testing was performed at the "National Concrete Masonry Associations" (NCMA's) lab.

NAllen Holdings brought its patent pending paint baking equipment to the NCMA's Lab in Herdon, VA. The equipment was tested in NCMA’s ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab.

Going to the NCMA's lab was to have the process scientifically evaluated by examining the effect(s) of heat and heat flow through different concrete masonry assemblies. These assemblies contained different cell fill materials, and they evaluated whether any degradation of the masonry or fill materials occurs.

Additionally, the NCMA separately assessed this patent pending technology as a viable means of drying existing or new concrete masonry construction.
