Great review from Amy... "Ricky was responsive, efficient, and very kind. I was at my wits end with no AC for more than a week of 100+° temperatures. He diagnosed the problem, explained clearly, and quoted a fair price. I expected him on a Thursday and he called Wednesday afternoon saying he’d finished his other jobs early. Got me cool again before supper time. So grateful!"

He was able to fit us in last minute and we were definitely grateful because this Texas heat and no air was dreadful, he scheduled us next day from when we called. They had an arrival for 8:30, 8:28 they were ringing the bell. Everyone was very courteous and professional. They didn’t leave a mess, they took care of our home. We thought it would’ve been a long install, they were complete by 12. We plan to keep him and his team for all our HVAC needs, no need to look any further. As first time home owners this process was very overwhelming but he was patient and made sure we understood all the pros and cons, so we could make the best decision without feeling pressured. Thank you Berry Best Cooling!!!"
