Any missile or rocket — no matter how big, powerful, or efficient — is useless unless it’s equipped with a fully-vetted and reliable guidance system. Sounds simple, doesn’t it? Not quite.

On March 2, 2021, Texas State Governor Greg Abbott announced that, effective March 10, 2021, businesses in Texas may operate at 100% capacity. He also lifted the state-mandated mask requirement.

While we applaud the governor's decision to help us recover from the pandemic, Omnia Aerospace has not changed its policy regarding wearing masks, distancing, and washing hands frequently. In short, we are still following CDC guidelines.

We are encouraged that returning to normality is not too far away but, until then, we prefer to err on the safe side.

We continuously review our safety policies and will share updates as changes occur.

Thank you for helping us fight the pandemic.

Way to go! On February 9, 2020, a Boeing 747-400 aircraft operated by British Airways set a new record for the fastest subsonic flight from New York City to London.

Thanks to a North Atlantic jet stream with winds greater than 200 mph, British Airways Flight No. BA112 was able to complete its flight in 4 hours and 56 minutes – an hour shorter than the average flight time of 6 hours and 13 minutes.

The average ground speed of a commercial aircraft at cruising altitude (30,000 feet) is 590-650 mph. During this record-breaking flight, BA112 reached an average ground speed of over 800 mph.

Companies with well-vetted plans always succeed because they know where they are going. The catch is, they must also be prepared to adjust them on short notice.
