I still get surprised on the job, this time it’s literally the back side of all the facia board around whole house wasn’t even not caulked, but was not caulked, or painted haha just blows my mind!! Saved customer $1,452 🤩 just on one extra trip to another lumber yard since my 37 year long career from apprentice to 12 trades master remodeler super hero senses were telling me first lumber yard with money signs in his eyes feeling I got on the estimate on new composite decking estimate, & not stopping here either got two more lumber yards to call over phone before we pull trigger on which one to go with first thing tomorrow morning!! Actually saving way more than $1,452 because we are the only company I’ve ever heard of that adds zero yez nada zilch da big 0 onto any materials entire 16 1/2 years in business so all companies charge 5% to 100% added onto all material costs so do the math this one transaction will save this one customer this one material trip outta the 3-4 phases on this job alone many many thousands of dollars just on materials so I know some of y’all folk wanna blow yo money & go with the “big guys” with fancy trucks, secretaries, offices, etc, etc but for the ones that don’t have dolla dolla billz to throw out the windows y’all know the guy who watches every penny of every customer of every phase of every job, & y’all def know our #214-906-4477 > Hollis & Sons Construction, Remodeling, & Handyman Servicez

Praise report our Dallas, Texas customers loved our repair, seal, & paint, & of course price so much on the chimney, & back patio post they’ve Blessed us with doing the entire exterior!!
Tell every exterior paint customers y’all will never have to paint again unless y’all want to change colors!! Fixed for life!! They do not seal properly & maybe 2 thin coats of paint on exteriors, & here in Texas that won’t cut it may look good for 2-5 years but we seal everything & only brush & roll exteriors which my 2-3 heavy thick coats of paint is like 5-7 coats from a spray gun, but only way I can warranty for 10 years but could warranty for 40 years but my competitors only warranty for 1-2 years so I compare it to a rhino liner in a truck bed when we paint exteriors with brutal sun & winters only way to do it way above industry standard so yeah why I say no one seals, & paints exteriors like the best painter in The great state of Texas!! 🙏🏼😇🤠
