Hello friends! It’s been a minute. But let me explain why…. We have been busy, busy, busy. We currently have two pool and outside entertainment areas being built, a full house remodel with lots of new square footage being added, and multiple land developments underway some with and some without residential construction.
One of our new projects has to be seen to be appreciated fully! Mill Run Estates in Athens, Texas will be a 33 home development with green space and trees. Take a look at www.millrunestates.com to find your dream home in Athens!

After so many weather delays in the last few weeks, we are finally prepping to paint our We are in the final stages of detail work before the new owners take possession this June. We are so excited for them to have their dream home!

Two brick colors, say what?!? In this crazy construction market we have with with low supplies due to Covid production limitations and high demand due to everyone moving, sometimes there isn’t enough brick available in the color you want/need, so what is a builder to do? Well, you can wait it out or if your brick is being painted, you can get the okay from the buyers to move forward with the timeline and two different brick colors, that’s what we did here. You can also see the stone facade entry going up. This home is expected to be finished very soon. Can’t wait to show you the final product!

SUSTAINABILITY. When we tear down a home, as much as possible is recycled. There have already been 4 truckloads of wood from this home, with one or two more to go. The majority of this wood is pine and will be repurposed as reclaimed hardwood floors.
