History in Motion at DFW! 🚧✈️
In just nine months from groundbreaking, the Innovation Next+ team has transported and installed six prefabricated terminal modules for Dallas Fort Worth International Airport’s Terminal F DFW Airport Expansion — marking the largest modular move ever completed for an airport terminal.

This milestone project was envisioned and led by Innovation Next+, a joint venture by , Turner Construction Company, Phillips May Corporation, H. J. Russell & Company, and CARCON Industries & Construction. Design partners included PGAL, Gensler, GFT, and Rogers DeSimone Structural Engineers, LLC (formerly Henderson Rogers Structural Engineers).

Progress continues with the Terminal F project at DFW Airport as the team achieves several major construction milestones. To date, over 14,000 cubic yards of concrete have been placed, supported by 490 drilled piers and more than 1,500 tons of installed reinforcing steel. The project has also completed 220,000 square feet of slab on metal deck across the six module structures, 50,000 square feet of basement lid, and all foundation work. These accomplishments mark significant progress toward delivering the first phase of DFW’s sixth Terminal F to support even more growth on the horizon – at the airport and across the North Texas region.
