A look back at one of our Covenant Homes Construction builds 🏡✨

This modern 3 bed, 3.5 bath home near Bishop Arts, Trinity Groves, Deep Ellum, and Downtown Dallas was designed with intentional detail throughout its 2,500+ sq. ft. layout.

From real wood floors and custom cabinetry to 10’ ceilings, iron accents, and a marble style fireplace, every space was built to feel both elevated and livable. The kitchen featured a waterfall island, gas range, pot filler, and premium appliances, while the rooftop patio and multiple balconies brought in incredible outdoor living.

The home also offered a spacious primary suite, private backyard, and a smart three level layout designed for everyday function.
