Clint Strong, a licensed architect, founded Connectrac in 2005 after being inspired to solve problems he regularly encountered while working on corporate interiors projects. Connectrac offered a product that was completely new to the market, pioneering a raceway that provided floor-based cable management for power and data connectivity. Clint set up the Connectrac headquarters in Dallas, Texas and

quickly established the company as the #1 alternative to core drilling. Over the years, Connectrac developed a strong brand awareness in the industry and grew to be supported by a world-class team of product designers, corporate staff, manufacturers, and sales representatives. In October 2019, Connectrac expanded its team further when it was acquired by Legrand, North and Central America (LNCA), a global company with a strong expertise in power distribution and cable management.
