The 44 East Avenue project, developed by Intracorp Homes in Austin’s Rainey Street district, kicked off construction with a Demolition Party which raised over $110,000 for The Trail Foundation (TTF). WGI was a proud sponsor of the groundbreaking and fundraising event, which will help TTF fund improvements to Waller Beach Park as part of the Rainey Street Trailhead Project. Travis Flats Groundbreaking

This week, we celebrated the groundbreaking of Travis Flats, a 146-unit affordable housing project in Austin. We are providing services for Nelsen Partners and DMA Companies.

It is part of a unique project on county-owned land that will be the first mixed-use, mixed-income development of its kind in the region. The overall project also includes an 80,000+ SF office component led by Southwest Strategies Group .

Our WGI team in Florida is doing big things 👍🏗️👷

The $1.6-billion Wekiva Parkway project is closing in on the home stretch for completion! The entire project that measures approximately 25 miles from end to end, has officially embarked on the back nine of a so far successful campaign. However, there is still plenty of work to be done, the project is set for final completion at the end of March 2021.
