Worth marketplace. Previously, Pat established and managed MAPP Construction’s Texas Interiors Division for o
ver 16 years. He also served as Vice President of Business Development for James R. Thompson, Inc. for more than 5 years and was Vice President of Business Development for MAVCO Corporation, a Dallas based affiliate of Trammell Crow Company, for more than 4 years. Throughout his career, he developed valued relationships and a keen insight to the needs and expectations of commercial real estate professionals, architects, designers, consultants and corporate clients he served. His knowledge of commercial construction from past experiences as a superintendent, estimator, project manager, business developer and division leader have prepared him well in establishing his own brand designed to exceed the expectations of his clients while delivering projects of the highest quality and within the time frames and budgets demanded in this fast-paced and competitive market. Pat is graduate of Texas Tech University ('85 BBA) and is an active member of Salesmanship Club of Dallas, Associated General Contractor’s DFW TEXO Chapter, and The Real Estate Council. Pat has, and continues to work through these and other organizations to serve the needs of the community and the commercial real estate & construction industries in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex.
