Project Description:
The Work consists of interior and exterior improvements to the Harold Court Nichols Building. The project will require re-using the existing metal building structure to create additional office and meeting spaces by enclosing existing open bays. Scope will include MEP systems involving additional restrooms/shower/locker facilities along with new HVAC system. Other work includes a new metal roofing system, and a new metal entry canopy with limited outdoor green space. Existing offices will require new finishes. This project is to meet LEED Silver major renovation certification. This is a 2 phase construction project.

Project Description:
The Work shall include furnishing all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and miscellaneous items necessary for the complete construction of new and/or renovated HVAC equipment and associated appurtenances in three buildings on the Austin Bergstrom International Airport campus. Site No. 1 includes the removal and replacement of multiple air handling, chiller, and condensing units, reconfiguration of select building ductwork, and installation of two new mechanical closets with associated electrical improvements. New Mechanical closets will require tape, bed, paint and rubber base. Site No. 2 includes removal and replacement of CRAC and condensing units and installation of new ductwork in the small server room. Site No. 3 includes removal and replacement of air handling, condensing, and PTAC units and select duct work reconfiguration. All sites include new Building Management Systems (BMS) with BACnet compliant hardware and software for integration with existing Alerton BMS. All sites include traffic barricades associated with staging and work areas.
