Experience is great, but character is more important.

We can teach plumbing, electrical and remodeling.

What we can’t teach is integrity, work ethic, and the desire to improve every day.

This position will involve working directly with homeowners, helping with remodeling projects, learning valuable trade skills, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about the people we serve.

To most people, it’s “just a bathtub.”

But this project really meant a lot to us.

We spent the day with this sweet family in Plano, TX, and by the end of the project the kiddos were excited about their new tub, laughing with us, hanging around while we worked, and at the end when we were cleaning up… they were sad to see us leave. Truthfully, that warmed our hearts more than they probably realize.

Moments like this remind us that we’re not just “working on houses.”
We’re being invited into people’s homes, around their families, and into the small moments that make a house feel personal.

Yes, we replaced the tub.
But more importantly, we got to serve a really wonderful family, and we’re grateful for that.

That’s the part of this business we’ll never take for granted.
