Golden Ratio Management Corporation | Portland International Airport (PDX) ✈️📦

Another successful project completed by the Golden Ratio team at PDX Airport as part of the SEDS CBIS Inline Project.

After arriving at PDX Airport, the team coordinated with project leadership and airport stakeholders to review the planned activities and access requirements. Once TSA es**rt access was secured, the crew conducted a detailed safety and operational briefing covering the scope of work, project objectives, potential hazards, equipment handling procedures, and ex*****on strategy. With all personnel aligned and safety measures in place, the team began the decommissioning, inventory, disposition, and shipment preparation activities.

With safety and coordination leading the effort, the team systematically identified, inventoried, decommissioned, packaged, crated, and dispositioned equipment throughout the work area. The scope included:

✅ 27 SVS units and 2 PVS units decommissioned, inventoried, packaged, crated, and staged for return shipment to the Transportation Security Administration Logistics Center (TSALC) in Coppell, Texas

✅ Additional equipment packaged and crated for shipment to the TSALC, including:
• (1) CT-80 Infeed Conveyor
• (3) Conveyor Pedestal Kits
• (1) Scanner Pedestal Kit
• (1) CT-80 XL Tunnel Pedestal Kit

✅ 31 monitors, 29 keyboards, 29 mice, and 27 UPS units removed from service and turned over to our rigging partner, Integrity Machinery Moving, for local disposal in accordance with project requirements and site disposition procedures

The team maintained complete accountability of all project assets throughout the operation, ensuring every item was properly inventoried, packaged, and prepared for transport. Once crating activities were complete, the equipment was staged for shipment back to the Transportation Security Administration Logistics Center (TSALC) in Coppell, Texas, where it will be processed and made available to support future TSA screening operations nationwide.

Golden Ratio Management Corporation | Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) Evening Operations ✈️🌙

After wrapping up operations around 3:00 AM this morning, the GRMC team was called right back into action for a tunnel swap-out tied to a configuration change scheduled at 7:00 PM tonight at Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL).

With very little turnaround time, the team quickly coordinated transportation, picked up the required freight from the TSALC, and successfully transported it to DAL to support the configuration change effort and help keep operational testing on schedule.

While simultaneously managing the logistics for the tunnel swap-out, the team was also closing out the delivery of the CT-80 crates to the warehouse for storage and coordinating the pickup and return of the forklift from DAL back to the vendor.

From logistics coordination to transportation, warehouse operations, and airport ex*****on, the team handled multiple moving parts flawlessly under short-notice conditions.

Extremely proud of the way the GRMC team executed today. It was a busy day across multiple fronts, and the team once again demonstrated a high degree of professionalism, teamwork, and excellence in supporting critical airport operations.

Golden Ratio Management Corporation | Dallas Love Field (DAL) ✈️🌙

The team was back in action last night and into the early AM at Dallas Love Field Airport as another major milestone was completed on the new Checked Baggage Resolution Area (CBRA) project.

During overnight operations, the crew successfully completed the installation of a standalone CT80 DR+ EDS System supporting the new baggage handling system configuration.

From rigging and positioning to alignment and final placement, the team worked through the night to ensure the system was installed safely and accurately inside the active airport environment. Precision, coordination, and teamwork were critical as crews maneuvered equipment into place and prepared the system for future operational integration.

Another successful night supporting airport security infrastructure and baggage handling operations alongside our outstanding partners. Great work by everyone involved in keeping the project moving forward safely and efficiently. 🔧📦✈️

Golden Ratio Management Corporation | DRO Project Closeout & Mesa Verde Adventure 🏔️✈️

As the final phase of the DRO Checkpoint Relocation wrapped up, Flor Aguilar and Monica Ledesma remained onsite as the dedicated closeout team to ensure every final detail was addressed and any outstanding items were fully resolved before demobilization.

Thanks to the outstanding teamwork between Golden Ratio, our OEM partners, rigging teams, the TSA, and Nunn Construction, the newly relocated checkpoint was fully operational, tested, and successfully turned over to the TSA with passenger processing running smoothly and no issues reported. Another successful checkpoint relocation completed with a satisfied customer and a mission accomplished. ✅

Before heading home, Flor and Monica were able to enjoy a little well-deserved R&R and take in the incredible sights of Cliff Palace at Mesa Verde National Park. After long days and overnight operations helping bring the new checkpoint online, it was great to see the team enjoy some downtime and experience a piece of history before returning home.

We truly appreciate the hard work, dedication, and professionalism from everyone involved throughout this project. Safe travels to all team members and partners as we demobilize from another outstanding project.

Golden Ratio Management Corporation | DRO Demobilization Update ✈️

Half of the GRMC team is demobilizing from Durango-La Plata County Airport today, and it is an awesome feeling to process through a checkpoint that our team had the honor of helping set up and bring online.

A huge thank you to our partners Leidos, Rapiscan, Girardi’s Rigging and Crane, and Nunn Construction for the teamwork, coordination, and trust throughout this project. We are truly thankful for the opportunity and grateful to be part of this effort.

Special thanks to the local TSA team for their support and coordination. We checked in to see how everything was functioning, and they reported no issues with checkpoint operations.

Another successful project in the books. Safe travels home to all of our GRMC team members and partners as demobilization continues.

Golden Ratio Management Corporation | DRO D-Day – Phase 2 🌙✈️

Phase 2 officially kicked off around 5:30 PM after the final flight was cleared, and the team was rested, focused, and ready to ramp up the pace.

Over the next six hours, the remaining checkpoint equipment was pre-move tested, disconnected, relocated, reinstalled, configured, and fully tested inside the newly constructed checkpoint. Outstanding work by everyone involved as the checkpoint rapidly came together through teamwork, coordination, and attention to detail.

Special thanks to our partners Leidos, Rapiscan, Girardi’s Rigging & Crane, TSA, airport operations personnel, and all supporting teams who helped make tonight’s effort a success. The collaboration and professionalism throughout the operation were outstanding.

All required testing documentation has now been submitted for approval, and the team is excited for the official opening of the new checkpoint on the morning of May 20th.

GRMC will be back onsite at 4:00 AM to observe checkpoint opening operations and quickly address any issues that may arise. We are expecting a smooth opening and another successful collaboration with our partners.
