Senior Community Affairs Manager Peter Stockus serves on the Health, Wellness, and Recreation Committee for his city of Hyattsville, Maryland, where he helped organize a local bicycle rodeo to introduce kids to bicycle and pedestrian safety.

This past weekend, Peter organized his fourth annual event, helping local kids build the skills and confidence to safely ride to school and beyond.

A strong start for Stranger Creek Energy Storage in Leavenworth County, Kansas!

We welcomed over 60 community members to the Riverfront Community Center Gymnasium for a project kickoff and introduction to Stranger Creek, a proposed battery energy storage project that would support the local economy while providing a stable, dependable energy supply.

Senior Community Affairs Manager EJay Fyke and other project team members met with residents to introduce the project, share more about the development process, and answer questions from the community.

Independent filmmaking team at PARAGRAPHIC recently documented the impact of Hornet Solar in Swisher County, Texas.

The film explores how one of the nation’s largest single-phase solar projects operates day to day, featuring perspectives from team members, local voices, and the people helping maintain the site, including the sheep grazing program that supports vegetation management across the project.

Since beginning operations, Hornet Solar has generated enough electricity to power more than 160,000 homes while contributing millions in tax revenue to local schools, county services, and the hospital district.

Vesper Energy broke ground on Nazareth Solar last week, our second utility-scale project in Swisher County alongside Hornet Solar.

Meeting America's growing energy demand requires investment in local power generation, and that’s exactly what this project is.

Once operational, Nazareth Solar will power roughly 53,000 Texas homes and is projected to generate more than $34 million in tax revenue over its life, with 200+ construction jobs.

Nazareth Solar proudly presented the Tulia Volunteer Fire Department with a $30,000 donation to purchase a new pickup truck, supporting the department's ability to respond to emergencies and serve the Swisher County community.

Vesper Energy officially broke ground on Nazareth Solar, a 201-MW utility-scale solar project spanning 1,000 acres of private land in Swisher County, Texas. Once operational in 2027, Nazareth will generate enough energy to power more than 53,000 Texas homes annually.

In addition to supplying American-made energy to the local grid, the project will provide $34 million in tax revenue and create over 200 construction jobs, reinforcing Swisher County’s role as a leader in utility-scale energy development.
