is a trust company servicing our international/foreign clients. We offer non-citizen trust registration of foreign owned aircraft, meeting all FAA requirements to operate N registered foreign owned aircraft all around the world. One advantage we have over the larger companies offering trust registration is that we are also able to handle the correlated legal issues surrounding the aircraft. allows

us to provide additional services other trust companies may be unwilling or unable to provide. We provide comfort and convenience to our clients by working hand in hand to assist our foreign clients on countless issues related to foreign Aircraft Ownership (including tax issues from taxing authorities, aircraft accidents, insurance claims, operational issues, maintenance program reporting, etc.)

Our Team-

Kerry Adams:

Kerry Focuses her aviation practice on complex litigation. Licensed in both Texas and Oklahoma and with over fifteen (15) years experience, she brings unbeatable skill to Jackson Adams litigation practice. She has logged countless hours both in the courtroom and on the road between Texas and Oklahoma, handling complex multi-million dollar escrow disputes. She has successfully recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars in commissions for brokers that went unpaid as well as closed many multi-million dollar aircraft purchase transactions. Kerry’s practice includes negotiating and drafting Aircraft Purchase Agreements, brokering planes, and litigating all types of disputes. Kerry has a degree in Spanish from the University of Texas and a significant part of her work is with Mexican clients. Kerry loves to travel and in her spare time, which isn’t much, she enjoys taking care of her four (4) small children. Cade Adams:

Cade focuses his aviation practice directing Adams Aviation Services Inc. He oversees the firm's Non Citizen Trust practice, drafting trust and operating agreements and coordinating the international aspect of Jackson Adams' practice. Cade also heads the firm's acquisition and sales department and participates actively in the firm's complex aviation litigation. Cade is licensed in both Texas and Oklahoma. When not working, Cade loves to play golf, travel and to spend as much time with his family as possible. Amy Niezgoda is the newest member of our team. She provides legal and client support as well as general office manager assistance. Outside of the office you can usually find Amy cheering on her Texas Tech Red Raiders or participating in a local fun run.
