JBrennon Construction enters 2026 with exceptional momentum and a deep, diversified project pipeline. We currently have nine projects in intake pending advancement to the proposal phase, nine additional projects actively in bid/proposal development, and seven projects awaiting contract award. Three projects are in preconstruction, including a design-build boutique hotel just north of Oak Ridge, Tennessee and a specialty carpet distribution warehouse near our local office. In the field, we are actively managing fourteen projects across North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and West Virginia, with six additional projects moving through closeout.

This growth reflects more than volume—it demonstrates trust in JBrennon’s ability to deliver complex work. As 2026 positions itself to be a record-breaking year, we remain focused on disciplined expansion, operational maturity, and continued systems development. High speed progress is being made at the City of Collegedale, TN Pump Station. This complete demo and rebuild of the pump station hit some delays early on but is progressing quickly with trusses and roofing beginning next week. The new pump station will provide critical infrastructure support to the growing communities surrounding Chattanooga. Pictures below illustrate progress on the new split faced CMU building, overhead crane supports inside, and some electrical work within the dry well to house three brand new pumps.

Today our team successfully completed a cryogenic piping project two days ahead of schedule at a research facility in Atlanta, GA housing highly sensitive equipment. We are set to charge those lines tomorrow and pack out by Friday! Preconstruction required months of submittals, planning, and fabrication hold time but we were prepared and delivered with purpose this week.

The work included:

• Surgical repair of existing vacuum-insulated piping
• Removal and replacement of damaged sections
• Leak identification and corrective remediation
• Installation and tie-in of a new liquid nitrogen drop
• Precision work within an active lab environment requiring strict controls and protection measures

What a fantastic evening at the Lookouts baseball game with our equipment supplier Stowers Machinery. Their sales and rental team, and specifically Justin Vass, acts more like business partners. They are always making sure we have just the right tools for each of our jobs and they deliver the equipment we need to the job site on time.
Once again – Stowers came thru and helped us at JBrennon Construction celebrate our subcontractor team at the City of Chattanooga - Annex Building project by sponsoring a fun night out at the Lookouts.
This was a great time to reconnect and relax with our Subcontractor partners Miles Electric, Roof Defender, Eagle Mechanical and United Elevator Services. We appreciate everyone’s hard work on this project and can’t wait to see it through the rest of the way. It's been a great team effort!!
