A simple patio was transformed into a welcoming, backyard retreat at this beautiful Lino Lakes home. The existing patio was removed and excavated for the newly built deck with stamped concrete patio. Sprinkler system was relocated, new landscaping with replanting any existing shrubs, and electrical added for the new hot tub. The homeowners also added an etched compass design, for a personal touch to the landscaping.
