Dormer repair. If you see a small hole there much more going on underneath. This customer had a roof done in the summer they where informed they had a hole. We peeled back the ice and weather the roofer wrapped around the dormer and this is what we discovered.

This is a current project we are wrapping up past flooding deposited 10 yards of river silt in the crawl space and washed out the foundation. The insects followed and turned the joists to powder. We demoed the floor removed the soil deposits and laid a v***r barrier with a layer of crushed stone.
