Casey, our Training Coordinator, met with more than 200 students this week at the Madison Area Builders Association Fall Career Day!
At Station 3, students got a first-hand look at what goes into our strong, lasting work.
Thanks to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, and joined in. It was great meeting so many future builders and sharing more about careers in the skilled trades!

𝗪𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗠𝘆 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗘 𝗪𝗜!

This week, thousands of middle and high school students had the opportunity to explore careers in the skilled trades, and we were excited to be part of it.

Several of our team members spent their days talking with students about the different career paths available at Cru and what a day in the trades can actually look like. Students got an up-close look at our belt truck and even put their skills to the test with a little friendly competition at our Sonotube Toss game.

Events like this are a great way for students to get hands-on, ask questions, and see just how many opportunities are available in the construction industry. We loved helping introduce the next generation to the possibilities of a career in the trades!

We were proud to support this week’s Gunning for Hope event as a 12 Gauge Sponsor!

Gunning for Hope combines shooting and hunting sports with a mission to raise funds for cancer research at the UW Carbone Cancer Center. It was great to see everyone come together, enjoy some friendly competition, and support an important cause.

Thank you to Gunning for Hope for creating such a meaningful event for the community.

A look at life lately with Cru. Foundations, flatwork, footings - our crews are keeping it all moving. It’s hard work, built with StayPower and made to last.

Thank you to our team members for sharing these snapshots from jobsites and offices across Cru. From the first rays of morning sunshine to those cloudy midday skies, there’s always a good reason to look up.

We have plenty of projects ahead, and while we’re not saying goodbye to summer just yet, it’s been a good one so far!
