Not every port can accommodate a vessel like this. The world’s largest single-masted sailing yacht, measuring 77.6 meters, made Fort Pierce a stop on her route. Her carbon fiber mast stands 88.3 meters tall. Direct ocean access and a deep-water inlet make it simple for world-class yachts to come and go.

It’s been an absolute pleasure working on M/Y Casual Water II. Our team replaced her sea chest, almost 20 valves, and completed a bottom paint, finishing the full scope in three weeks, half the time originally planned. We’re all pleased to see her back in the water, though we will miss this great crew.

Our team handled every step of this sea chest replacement — fabricating the jig, the weld work, and installation, all done in house. Here’s a snippet of what that looked like.

On the cover of this year’s Triton Refit Issue: M/Y Double Haven, structurally renewed. The previous stabilizers and supporting structure were removed, a new engineered system was fabricated to spec, and coordination with Quantum and BMH ensured full install alignment.

All structural welding was completed ahead of the mechanical installation, precision work executed cleanly from teardown to final fit.
