Making headway on our home remodel! One of the many upgrades that I am most excited about is the addition of the tray ceilings throughout the house including every bedroom, kitchen and the largest of them all, The Living room! This early 1900s home has 7 1/2 foot ceilings which makes a space feel tight! Well this living room tray lifts that up to almost 8 1/2 feet high! That’s a huge improvement to the style and makes the space seem much larger than may actually be!

FINALLY! After an issue with our glass order “my fault, lesson learned” we finally finished this bathroom! The glass makes it POP!

We are finally coming to a close on this beautiful bathroom! 🚿

Just waiting on the glass shower walls and a few other odds and ends

Beautiful porcelain tile floor, Onyx shower system, free standing soaker tub and toilet.

Had the help of Rodman plumbing to take care of all of the plumbing aspects of the job and it was an absolute pleasure working with them.

We have been busy for a few weeks now and haven’t shared any of the fun with you!

We pulled the old soaker tub, shower, and flooring out of this dated bathroom. The plumbing contractor came in and moved all of the plumbing for the brand new onyx shower system and the free standing Maxx Ariosa soaker tub! We are closing in on everything and can’t wait to show you the finished product!

Site protection! Is your contractor doing it? 🤔

There are a ton of options to contain messes while in the middle of a renovation project. Our current project has a few different solutions.

We are remodeling a master bath and no one wants to be dealing with damaged hardwood floors or dust from all the Reno work. 🧹

Compared to all of the possible damage or time spent cleaning it’s a small expense that is well worth it. 💵

We have started our exciting renovation project and would like to give a huge shoutout to Aaron patten and his crew with Patten Earthmoving for helping us with our excavation! They dug our 14x28 crawl space and footings for one of the additions and our 24x28 attached garage with an 8x12 mud room! We couldn’t be happier with the product and the experience.

Time to keep chugging along and get this project finished!!

It has been a very busy couple weeks for the Ingalsbe household but we finally managed to get back to work and knock out some projects. when the weather allows…. 🥵🌧

Came back out to get some more work done on this storm repair. ⛈

2 damaged rafters and went ahead and replaced the entire metal roof!
