BETHEL CHURCH | PROJECT SPOTLIGHT

From groundbreaking to a place built for gathering, worship, and community.

Rigdon Construction was proud to partner with Bethel Church in Fillmore, Indiana, to bring their new 15,000+ SF facility to life.

The new space includes a spacious worship center, welcoming gathering and fellowship areas, updated restrooms, and support spaces - all designed to serve Bethel’s congregation and community for years to come.

Projects like this are about more than the building itself. They’re about creating spaces where people can connect, grow, and make an impact.

🚧 Progress is underway at Northview Christian Church!

We’re excited to be getting started on another project for our friends at Northview Christian Church in Danville.

The site is active, excavation is underway, and you can really start to see the project taking shape. We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of a project that will create additional space for Northview to serve its congregation and community for years to come.

From the first steps of sitework to the finished project, we’re looking forward to watching this one come together.

Building more than projects. Building partnerships.

We’re proud to serve as the Construction Manager as Agent (CMA) for the Avon Indiana Government on The Pickle Patch project.

Projects like this are only successful when there’s strong communication, trust, and a shared commitment to the community. We’re grateful for our partnership with the Town of Avon and especially for the collaboration with Shelby and Tiffany throughout this project.

We appreciate the opportunity to work alongside a team that cares deeply about creating something great for the Avon community. We’re excited to watch the Pickle Patch continue to take shape and can’t wait to see it come to life in Fall 2026!

Now, if we could just convince the rain to take a few days off, we could let the dirtwork keep moving! ☀️😂

🛠️ Another project is almost complete!

We're excited to be nearing completion of a full classroom remodel at Indiana Math & Science Academy - West Campus!

This transformation goes beyond a typical classroom renovation. The new STEM laboratory required careful coordination of specialty utilities, ventilation, and laboratory systems to support advanced science instruction in a safe and functional environment.

Some of the new features include:
🧪 Specialty laboratory dishwasher
📺 Interactive Smart Boards
🔌 Ceiling-mounted retractable cord reels
🪑 Flexible classroom furnishings and collaborative learning spaces
🧫 Epoxy resin laboratory casework (coming soon)
🌬️ Specialized laboratory fume hood system (coming soon)

We're putting the finishing touches on the space and can't wait to share the completed laboratory once the final specialty equipment is installed.

🎉 Happy Birthday, KJ! 🎂

Today we're celebrating Kevin "KJ" Jones, one of the newest members of the Rigdon Construction team!

Although KJ has only recently joined us as a Project Manager, he's already made a great impression with his positive attitude, strong work ethic, knowledge, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. We're incredibly grateful to have him on the team and are excited to see all he'll accomplish.

Today we're looking back at our 2020 renovation of Danville North Elementary!

From the gymnasium and media center to the cafeteria, administration, and common areas, this project helped create spaces where students can learn, grow, and thrive.

It's always rewarding to look back on projects like this and see them continuing to serve the community years later. We're grateful to have partnered with Danville Community School Corporation to help create an environment that supports students, teachers, and families every day.

🎉 Please join us in welcoming Adam Rosemeyer to the Rigdon Construction team as our newest Superintendent!

Adam brings more than 20 years of construction experience and is excited to take on this next chapter in commercial construction. His knowledge, leadership, and commitment to quality make him a great addition to the Rigdon team.

Outside of work, Adam is passionate about giving back to his community. He serves as President of the Bruins Youth Wrestling Club, coaches Tri-West Youth Football, and enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.

Fun Fact: If you're welcoming Adam to the team, skip the coffee - he starts his mornings with a handful of cashews and a Starry! 🥤

We're excited to have Adam on board and look forward to the experience and leadership he'll bring to our projects.

🏓 Project Update: Pickle Patch is Taking Shape!

We're excited to share progress on the future Pickle Patch in Avon!

From the original site plan to today's aerial view, it's great to see this project moving forward. Once complete, the facility will feature:
✔️ Eight pickleball courts
✔️ Restroom building
✔️ Shade structures
✔️ Spectator seating
✔️ Dedicated parking

Rigdon Construction is proud to serve as the Construction Manager Advisor for the Avon Indiana Government , helping guide the project from concept to completion.

We can't wait to watch this space transform into a destination where residents of all ages can stay active, connect with friends, and enjoy the game of pickleball.
