It is with heavy hearts that our Ace Hardware family shares the passing of our dear friend and teammate, Mr. Ivan Dale Isaacs, who passed away on Sunday, July 26.
Dale was loved by countless people—his family, friends, coworkers, and the many customers and community members he proudly served over the years. We are deeply saddened by this loss, and our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones as they navigate this incredibly difficult time.
To our Ace team, Dale was an ocean of knowledge, a mentor, a shoulder to lean on during difficult times, a source of endless jokes and laughter, and someone who was always willing to listen. His kindness, wisdom, and unwavering dedication made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He was truly one of a kind and will be deeply missed.
We also want to sincerely thank our customers who have asked about Dale’s health over the past several weeks and who have shared their kind words and condolences. Your support has meant more than you know.
Dale was many things to many people, but above all, his family and his customers meant the world to him. His legacy of kindness, hard work, and service will continue to live on in our store and in the hearts of all who knew him.
Rest easy, Dale. You will never be forgotten.
