Operations & Purchasing Coordinator
Offshore Milling & Sourcing – Little Rock, AR

Offshore Milling & Sourcing is seeking a highly detailed, extremely organized, and self-motivated professional to support daily operations, purchasing, and customer communication. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing multiple priorities, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing and vendor relationships, including frequent communication with overseas factories
• Manage internal quote log, and keep up with pending and open quotes, etc.
• Receive factory quotes, review pricing, and evaluate for best cost, quality, and delivery
• Compare supplier pricing and recommend the best sourcing options
• Negotiate with vendors as needed to secure favorable terms
• Handle high-volume email communication with suppliers and customers
• Build accurate customer quotes, pricing, and order documentation
• Support customer service and sales with order status updates and issue resolution
• Create and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and expedite shipments
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory coordination
• Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and recordkeeping


Required Qualifications:

• Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
• High school diploma required (additional education a plus)
• 2+ years of experience in operations, purchasing, sourcing, office coordination, or customer service
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines accurately
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Clerical and bookkeeping skills a plus


Preferred / Strongly Desired:

• Experience in fasteners, manufacturing, or industrial supply
• Proven sourcing and negotiation skills

Celebrating 50 Years of Grandeur Fasteners Inc

This year marks an incredible milestone for all of us at Grandeur Fasteners. 50 years of hard work, growth, resilience, and the kind of teamwork that turns a company into a family.

Back in 1975, our founders brought together their individual strengths in manufacturing, tooling, quality, and sales, and took a chance on building something of their own. They faced the challenges that every young business knows well: long hours, tough decisions, and moments where keeping things moving required pure determination. But they pushed forward, supported by family and employees who believed in what they were building.

As the years passed, the company grew, opportunities expanded, and new faces joined the mission. What remained constant was the commitment to doing things the right way and taking care of the people who make everything possible.

In 1999, Grandeur was tested in a way no one could have expected when a fire destroyed most of the facility. What could have been the end became one of the proudest chapters in our history. Employees came together immediately. Rebuilding, repairing, cleaning, and working every day and weekend until production was back on track. That unity and determination didn’t just save the business; it strengthened it. Many of those same team members are still with us today, and all of the customers we supported during that time are still with us as well.

Over the decades, family members returned to the company, new leadership stepped in, and fresh talent joined the team. Through every change, our core belief has stayed the same: a company is only as strong as its people. We’re blessed to have some of the early generation still with us.

This 50-year celebration wasn’t just a cookout. It was a moment to look around at the faces, past and present, who made this milestone possible. From long-time teammates to the newest hires, every person has helped shape the legacy we’re honoring.

Today, Grandeur Fasteners ships products across the world, but our heart has always been right here at home. It’s in the people who show up, work hard, support each other, and carry on the values that began half a century ago.

We are looking for a part time grounds keeper. Hours will be 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

* Empty outside trash cans / pick up trash on the premises
* Picking up downed tree limbs
* Restacking pallets that are out of place
* Clean windows
* Some sweeping & mopping
* Help the janitor inside on rainy days
