This heat is no joke, but we’re still getting it done! 🥵💪

Today, we’re setting I-beams over the garage doors because the measurements provided for the concrete headers just didn’t give us the confidence we needed to know the structure would stand the test of time.

This is why it’s so important to hire a contractor who doesn’t just blindly follow what’s on paper. A good contractor works with the engineer, understands the plans, and knows when something needs to be addressed before it becomes a problem.

From Leak to Lasting Fix

A previous client reached out to us after discovering water leaking into their home around the chimney. Once we got on-site and investigated, we found the real issue: the chimney had never been properly flashed and wasn’t built correctly from the start.

Unfortunately, the damage meant a complete chimney rebuild was necessary. We tore it down, rebuilt it properly, and installed the flashing the right way to protect the home from future leaks.

Now, this chimney looks brand new—and, more importantly, it’s built to last!

Master Bathroom Transformation ✨

We gave this master bathroom a complete update! We started by scraping the popcorn ceilings and removing the old tub and shower. In their place, we created one large, spacious walk-in shower with a built-in bench, giving the homeowners much more room and a fresh, modern feel.

We also painted both bathroom vanities and upgraded the countertops and sinks to bring everything together with a clean, updated look.

For this project, we completely transformed the interior by installing spray foam insulation on the walls and ceiling, framing new interior walls, hanging drywall up to 12 feet, installing beautiful French doors, and finishing everything with fresh paint. To top it off, we painted the spray foam ceiling black for a sleek, industrial look that really makes the space stand out.

Another beautiful bathroom transformation! We upgraded the old master bathroom by replacing the outdated garden tub with a spacious custom tile shower and converting the original shower into a functional linen closet for added storage.

To complete the makeover, we installed new tile flooring throughout, refinished and painted the existing vanities to give them a fresh new look, and topped them off with beautiful new countertops.

This remodel completely transformed the space—combining modern style, improved functionality, and smart use of the existing features to create a bathroom our clients can enjoy for years to come.
