We built this custom Juliet balcony off of this two-story garage, and we think it turned out great! It added a unique touch and gave the garage a whole lot of character.

Our lead framer Greg knocked this one out of the park with all the milled pieces to make this work. Pictures do not do this one justice!!

We’re proud to say the concrete phase is officially 100% complete! ✅

The walls, floors, and footers are all finished, and we’re now getting ready to move into the 2nd floor framing process. 🔨

This heat is no joke, but we’re still getting it done! 🥵💪

Today, we’re setting I-beams over the garage doors because the measurements provided for the concrete headers just didn’t give us the confidence we needed to know the structure would stand the test of time.

This is why it’s so important to hire a contractor who doesn’t just blindly follow what’s on paper. A good contractor works with the engineer, understands the plans, and knows when something needs to be addressed before it becomes a problem.

From Leak to Lasting Fix

A previous client reached out to us after discovering water leaking into their home around the chimney. Once we got on-site and investigated, we found the real issue: the chimney had never been properly flashed and wasn’t built correctly from the start.

Unfortunately, the damage meant a complete chimney rebuild was necessary. We tore it down, rebuilt it properly, and installed the flashing the right way to protect the home from future leaks.

Now, this chimney looks brand new—and, more importantly, it’s built to last!
