Our Comfort Specialists will work with you to custom design the system that best suits your needs. Our service and installation departments are unmatched. Our technicians are factory trained and attend more than 80 hours per year of continuing education in their field. Baldwin Heating & Cooling Is a Power Pro Elite Plus dealer for Generac Power Systems. We must maintain at least three factory-trained technicians at any given time. One of which must be liquid-cooled certified. Our purchases have to exceed 350k with Generac. We are not the new company on the block, we have been installing Generac Generators in Baldwin County since 2006. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for customers with one of our preventive maintenance agreements, there is no overtime charge.
