Demo has begun on the expansion of Farm & Coast in Padanaram Village. We are working with the team at DSK Architects to almost double the size of the existing location. You are going to love the final results of this project.

We are in the final stretch of completing this commercial renovation of old mill space. This project is located in the south end of New Bedford at the former Cornell Dubilier Electronics building. The project was to transform over 50,000 sq. ft of old mill space into 30,000+ sq. ft. of class A office space and 20,000+ sq. ft. of manufacturing space. An old mill building provides unique challenges and we would like to give special thanks to the architectural team at JM Booth & Associates and the entire project team, as well as Kyle Silva for the awesome photos.
