Fairhaven ma. Very Old Victorian home overlay all ceilings 3/8 blueboard on 1st & 2nd floor hallway excessive prep work covering all the original wallpaper had to stay, delicate project,we also painted the ceilings when the plaster dried out enough..received a very nice review from that project.
