Seaberg Industries and Crawford Company congratulate Mark Bouwens on his retirement after 38 years of dedicated service with Seaberg! Mark began his career with Seaberg on August 8, 1988, when he was hired by George Seaberg.
Throughout his impressive 38-year career, Mark has held numerous positions and played an important role in the company's success. He started by stamping part numbers and straightening parts before advancing to cutting thick blanks using a steel template-guided flame cutter. Over the years, Mark expanded his skills by operating Blanchard grinders, drills, manual mills, and saws.
Mark's career eventually transitioned into welding, where he gained extensive experience in MIG, TIG, Arc, and Spot welding. His knowledge and expertise led him to serve as Press and Weld Team Lead, and he further advanced his skills by becoming a Journeyman Fabricator through an apprenticeship program.
Mark's versatility and commitment to excellence continued to shine as he took on roles in Quality Assurance and as an ISO Auditor. Most recently, he has shared his wealth of knowledge and experience as a member of the Estimating Department.
Mark's dedication, craftsmanship, and willingness to take on new challenges have made him an invaluable part of the Seaberg team. His 38 years of service are a remarkable accomplishment and a testament to his hard work and commitment to the company.
