This month, we want to take a moment to raise a glass to the 18 women who are such an important part of our Joe Hillman family.
They make up 60% of our office team. Seven serve in management, including our VP and our office manager — steady, thoughtful leaders who help set the tone for who we are. But beyond titles and numbers, what really stands out is the energy, strength, and heart they bring with them every day.
They are driven and compassionate. Organized and creative. Direct when they need to be, supportive when it matters most. They celebrate each other’s wins, step up when someone needs help, and bring a sense of balance and perspective that makes our workplace better.
Our team includes women in the office and in the field — in roles you might expect and in roles where you might not. And in every space they step into, they show up fully. Confident. Capable. Respected.
They come from different backgrounds and experiences, and that diversity is something we value deeply. It shapes our culture in ways that make it stronger, kinder, and more thoughtful.
So this isn’t just a recognition. It’s a thank you.
