Some changes in the way I'm running service calls.
1. If you call and I get there and you have taken every screw out of your unit and disassembled it, I'm not working on it.
2. No tag along calls. If you call with a problem with your equipment, I go to your equipment. You do not get to drag me across town to your friend's house, your window ac in your garage, camper ac....etc. What you call in is what I'm working on. You call back and schedule the rest.
3. If your house is a health hazard, I'm packing up and leaving. Examples are animal waste, raw sewage, cockroach infestation.
4. Must have an access to your equipment. It is the customer's responsibility to move items away from unit.
I hate to do this but everyone wants timely service. Be respectful to your service guy. I wouldn't call you to my house and expect you to crawl through sewage, lay in animal waste or rearrange boxes in my basement.
