Staircase remodel we just completed!

Sanded down all the handrail and stained it black, painted all the balusters, installed MDF risers (white) and black LVP treads.

This has been a big one we’ve been chipping away at.

Started out as a phone call to come rip out and replace a subfloor and floor for a client who experienced a slow leak over a long time, suspected to be from the refrigerator water line.

Once the existing flooring was tore up and started tearing up the subfloor it was evident the damage was far more extensive then the insurance company/homeowner thought.

So we worked with the insurance company and home owner, and came up with a new quote for replacement of entire kitchen (floor joists, insulation, subfloor, secondary subfloor, flooring, new kitchen cabinets and new countertops, and also new plumbing with new shutoffs for the kitchen sink/reverse osmosis system they have).

Just waiting on the countertops to come in to finish up 👌🏼

OC Construction, LLC wrapped all the brick in stone and knocked it outta the park! Looks like a whole new house!

A little front exterior facelift was what this customer called for, and we delivered! new “fairway” black aluminum railing, 3 new light fixtures, and 5 new sets of shutters. The black really makes a big difference aesthetically. Thanks Bill and Susie, looking forward to more projects in the future 🙌🏼
