A little front exterior facelift was what this customer called for, and we delivered! new “fairway” black aluminum railing, 3 new light fixtures, and 5 new sets of shutters. The black really makes a big difference aesthetically. Thanks Bill and Susie, looking forward to more projects in the future 🙌🏼

Trex enhance brown railing with black balusters and black post sleeve covers.
Eliminated a window and a man door and installed New French doors onto deck from house!

Here’s the staircase remodel from last month, forgot to post the final pics!

We’re excited to get rolling on phase 2 now, which will consist of; demoing the paneling up the staircase, and all around the landing upstairs. Hanging drywall everywhere, installing a subfloor and LVP flooring upstairs and then trimming everything out with pine and a golden oak finish to match the new stairs. It’s gonna be a good one!

Demo, prep and install new subfloor throughout to bring the finished floor height up 1/2” to match existing hardwood floor. Trim out entire area. Done in 3 days.
