Originally built in the 70s, WENCO expanded the existing 7,100 sq. ft. Reynolds and Reynolds Company hangar at the Dayton International Airport by adding a conventional structure with Butler pre-engineered metal siding. To accommodate a larger aircraft, we removed the west end wall and hangar door to increase the height and width. The new structure expanded the existing hangar by 3,013 sq. ft. and added a new Norco horizontal rolling hangar door system with 4 bi-parting door leaves and an electric operator, along with a new rubber roof, upgraded HVAC, sprinkler system and LED lighting.

Newly completed at Upper Valley Medical Center! WENCO, alongside App Architecture and our outstanding trade partners, including Wat-Kem Mechanical, A1 Sprinkler, Dayton Walls & Ceilings, Cassady Woodworking, Sidney Electric, M&S Flooring, Gardner Tobin and Fantastic Finishes, recently completed the 9,600-square-foot demolition and renovation of the hospital's new Endoscopy Department.

The project includes advanced scope reprocessing systems, new patient care bays, updated nurse stations, specialized medical spaces and a welcoming reception area designed to enhance both patient care and staff efficiency. Thank you to everyone who helped make this project a success!

Dublin Pub's Second Location Coming to Huber Heights in 2027

Dublin Pub's highly anticipated second location, Dublin Seven, is scheduled to open in 2027. To commemorate the occasion, a soft groundbreaking was held on Thursday, July 2nd, marking an exciting milestone not only for owner Steve Tieber and the Dublin Pub family, but also for the City of Huber Heights as another premier destination built by WENCO Construction begins to take shape.

Located on Executive Boulevard, Dublin Seven will offer the authentic Irish-inspired cuisine, warm hospitality, and lively atmosphere that have made the original Dublin Pub a Dayton favorite for more than 28 years. The new location will feature a spacious beer garden, live entertainment, and inviting indoor and outdoor gathering spaces designed to create a vibrant, year-round social experience.
