- Permit applications are submitted and managed by us at no additional charge. These include, but are not limited to, highway entrance, soil and erosion, stormwater, building, well & septic, and dock.
- Architectural needs can be handled in house at no additional charge - including exterior elevations, foundation plans, floor plans, roof plans, and construction details - offering significant savings versus using a traditional Architect.
- From the permitting process to obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy, we are qualified to manage the entire construction project. As a Class A Contractor and a Master licensee in electrical, plumbing, and heavy highway accredited by the Commonwealth of Virginia, we pride ourselves in keeping up-to-date with state and local building code.
