We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our team to setup and run parts to blueprint specifications.

What You Will Do:
• Set up new and repeat jobs in an aerospace job shop environment
• Check parts in cycle while filling out inspection reports
• Read blue prints
• Use basic G Code
• Utilize GD&T
• Deburr parts in cycle
• Follow operations on router
• Work with engineering to edit new programs
• Responsible for machine maintenance and upkeep
• Run multiple machines when jobs allow
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
• Experience of setting up and running 3 and 4 axis vertical CNC Okuma mills
• Knowledge of basic G-Code including reading and editing at machine
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Knowledge of measuring and check parts
• Knowledge of running exotic aerospace materials
• Multitasking
• Self-Directed

We are seeking a Final Operations Team Lead to oversee our precision manufacturing finishing operations. This position will lead a team responsible for the final processing of complex aerospace and defense components while ensuring all parts meet customer specifications, quality standards, and delivery requirements.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in assembly, deburring, part cleaning, and interpreting customer blueprints. This role requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of quality.

Responsibilities
• Lead, train, and support a team of assembly and finishing
• Manage daily workflow, priorities, and production schedules
• Perform and oversee precision finishing operations including:
• Laser engraving of aerospace and defense components
• Deburring and edge finishing
• Tapping and thread checking
• Installing threaded inserts and Helicoils
• Part cleaning and preparation
• Sand blasting
• Polishing and other finishing processes
• Ensure all components are completed according to customer prints, specifications, and quality requirements
• Read and interpret prints, work instructions, and inspection requirements
• Verify workmanship and ensure team compliance with quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to read blueprints and customer specifications
• Experience with deburring, assembly, and polishing
• Experience installing inserts, Helicoils, and precision hardware
• Ability to lead and motivate a production team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with finished machined parts
• Knowledge of GD&T and inspection requirements
• Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience
