Swipe to see the beginning to end in 10 photos.

These parts came in solid blocks that had to be craned into the lathe to be turned inside and out. Followed up on the 4 axis mill to have all of the side features put into them, even had to stand them up to do the nose features (not pictured). Finally they got hard coat anodized and shipped out to the customer!

Fun fact! These parts came in weighing several hundred lbs and left here less than 20lbs!
