Frank and DeCarlo had the opportunity to speak with WYSO 91.3 about the importance of second-chance hiring and the impact it can have on people’s lives!

Our BPI night shift team took the time to recognize two outstanding employees, Saulat and Mike!

Saulat has grown so much since joining FC. This was his first job in manufacturing, and his first job in the U.S., and he has embraced every opportunity to learn and improve. He brings such a positive attitude to work, is always willing to jump on a new machine, and continues to challenge himself to grow. Catholic Social Services Montgomery County one of our valued community partners, helped connect Saulat with FC, and we couldn't be happier to have him as part of our team!

Mike is someone our team can always count on. When a machine goes down or help is needed across different areas, Mike is ready to jump in, adapt, and get things back up and running in a timely manner. He puts safety first, takes on whatever challenge comes his way, and never hesitates to lend a hand wherever he's needed.

Saulat and Mike, thank you for your hard work, positive attitudes, and willingness to go the extra mile! We're lucky to have you both as part of the FC Family. ❤️

A lot of times in interviews, we hear people talk about their favorite bosses. So, naturally, we have to ask… why?

The answers are usually pretty simple:
They care.
They notice hard work.
And they won’t hesitate to step in and help when the team needs it.

Our BPI supervisors are often the kind of bosses people call their favorites—and it’s easy to see why. They truly care about their teams and they aren’t afraid to jump in when things get busy.

A huge THANK YOU to our BPI supervisors for working extra hard this week and helping keep things moving—and to our production teams who continue to work right alongside them.

BPI wouldn’t be the company it is without the people who show up, work hard, and support each other every day. We’re so thankful for all of you! ❤️

We had a wonderful time on Friday hosting Miami Valley Career Technology Center for Manufacturing Day! 🏭

We loved the opportunity to welcome this amazing class of engineering students and give them a firsthand look at what life is like in manufacturing, along with all of the different career paths and opportunities that come with it.

A huge thank you to all of our FC employees who helped make the day so much fun and gave the students such a great experience. We appreciate you sharing your time, knowledge, and passion for what you do!

🍂🔥 Fall Cookout Fun! 🔥🍂

It may have been a little warmer than we expected for a fall cookout, but that didn’t stop us from having a great time! 😎☀️ We enjoyed some delicious food, our NEW sides of green beans and coleslaw, and of course…S’MORES! 🍫🔥

A big thank you to everyone who came out, grabbed a plate, hung out, and enjoyed some time together.
