It takes a village to build an empire, so big shout out to the Newberry team in getting this project approved and built!!

This project almost didn’t happen because of the insane zoning requirements for permit approvals. Perseverance prevailed over anxiousness though - and because of that we have an award-winning custom development in College Park!
