160' x 4' walkway, 10' x 12' terminal platform including a 4’ walkway parallel and perpendicular to the 12’ x 32’ boathouse with a 10k boat lift. What makes this build stand out? Every single piling had to be drilled through solid Coquina rock before setting. Not an easy task using Thru-flow decking, there's zero room for error; every hole, every piling, every measurement had to be absolutely precise.
