Exciting Progress at Zahn Engineering!
We're proud to share a major milestone in the growth of Zahn Engineering. In June, we received Business Planned Unit Development (BPUD) approval for our future office location at 1600 Ridgewood Avenue in Holly Hill, Florida. Just two months later, our Minor Amendment was approved in August, keeping the project moving forward.
While approvals are an important step, there's still plenty of work ahead. Our next phase includes renovating the existing building to create a modern home for Zahn Engineering, along with constructing a new metal building that will provide equipment and material storage for our sister companies, Integrated Construction and East Coast Marine.
We're excited to announce that the building permit application for the new structure was submitted this week, marking another step toward bringing this vision to life.
We appreciate the support of the City of Holly Hill, our project partners, clients, and community as we continue investing in our future and the future of the region we serve. Stay tuned for updates as construction progresses!

Zahn Engineering, Inc. is proud to have been part of Legacy Woods, an inspiring community project in Daytona Beach, Florida, led by our partner Habitat for Humanity of Greater Volusia County.
Through thoughtful planning, engineering, and collaboration, this project successfully navigated the rezoning and permitting processes and helped bring affordable housing opportunities to members of our community who deserve a safe and stable place to call home.
Legacy Woods represents more than infrastructure and construction. It represents hope, opportunity, and the power of community partnerships. By supporting Habitat for Humanity’s mission, this project helps provide homes for hardworking families and individuals who might otherwise face barriers to safe, affordable housing.
We are honored to contribute our engineering expertise to a project with such a meaningful purpose and grateful to work alongside an organization dedicated to improving lives across our community and look forward and look forward to seeing the homes being built and turned over to homeowners.
A successful project isn’t just measured by what is built, but by the positive impact it creates. Legacy Woods is a true example of engineering in service of people.
