🚧 Wendy’s Rollout Update 🍔

The crews have been moving all across the state lately and the momentum keeps building:

📍 Palm City — making great headway and staying on schedule (Pics 1 & 2)
📍 Sanford — down to finishing details and nearing closeout (Pics 3 & 4)
📍 Palm Beach Gardens — officially breaking ground on the 18th (Pics coming Monday!)

A lot of hard work going into these Wendy’s projects across Florida — and we’ve got several more already lined up in the pipeline.

🚧 Palm City, FL – Wendy’s Update
This one is moving fast 💥

Blocking is wrapping up this week, trusses are up, roof decking is on, and interior framing is nearly complete. We’re gearing up to roll straight into electrical, plumbing, and exterior framing next.

On the site side, Digs Site Work is pushing right along — perimeter curb is going in this week, with storm structures and the grease trap up next.

Momentum is strong and this one is really starting to come together.

Our first new project to officially kick off 2026 is underway — a full ground-up Wendy’s build led by BDL of Florida and Digs Site Work. 🪏 🦺

Permit and NOC were secured February 2, and site prep is officially in motion. This one sets the tone for the year ahead, with many more projects already lining up.

New year. New dirt. Let’s build. 💪 ⚒️

BDL Monday Job Update – Sanford, FL
We’re making serious progress at our ground-up Wendy’s build in Sanford! 💪

🔨 BDL of Florida has the structure vertical — trusses are set, roof decking is on, and interior MEP roughs are well underway.
🚧 Digs Site Work has been keeping pace, with the majority of flatwork complete and driveway lanes scheduled to pour this Thursday.
