We were proud to welcome students from Putnam High School and E.O. Smith High School to Putnam Plastics this past month!

As part of EWIB’s Youth Manufacturing Pipeline program, these students are gaining hands-on exposure to the manufacturing industry through rigorous, skills-based training designed to prepare them for entry-level careers in advanced manufacturing.

It’s inspiring to see the next generation of talent exploring opportunities in medical device manufacturing, and we’re grateful to play a small role in their journey!
