Through the years, I've seen several of these stock trailers come through that have had the nose rust out. Fixing it right is a process but it's a repair that will significantly increase the lifespan of your trailer!

I remove the rusted out area, clean up any old paint, and install a 1/8" thick plate along the bottom. I fully weld it in, inside and out, and prime everything before calling it finished.

As good as new!

It's nearly 4am...living the night shift life isn't half bad. I certainly don't get stopped by people coming in the shop as often! 😉😂

The last couple of weeks have been focused on breathing new life into an old BBQ trailer. Sure hoping the weather holds and I can get it painted tomorrow!
