Hung the antique chair that has been in my Moms side of the family over 100 yrs over the door at the new place. Would have liked to use less obtrusive brackets/wire but wanted to minimize the amount I altered the chair. I got it in pieces and it took about 3 days to re-assemble.

Re-did an old mirror that I got from my Mom to match decor in new house. The frame was just spray painted gold (might have been ok in the 70s/80s but kinda tacky now). In the close up of the corner, the green in the leaves is the color of Kitchen walls, the Fluer de Leis is the color of the wall it's hung on, and the "bar" on the Fleur de Leis is the color of Kitchen trim. No pink in the house, but roses can't be grey...right? Main frame color is the color of Kitchen cabinets. Used glaze to "antique" it, then 2 coats of matte clear coat. Turned out pretty good I think.

Hanging of a flat screen TV with hidden power cord through exterior wall with insulation. I KNOW it is NOT CENTERED...I have no control over where the studs are or the size/shape of TV mounting bracket... Customer told me "Close as you can get"....so that's what we got. Customer happy, Me happy, TV works...all good!

Some pics of the remodel we did this past 2 weeks...took out all existing floor and baseboards...painted ALL ceilings (sprayed), ALL doors/trim (high-gloss sprayed), painted ALL walls (roller/brush), put in new solid vinyl plank flooring in ENTIRE house, and new baseboards (pre painted by us and caulked in) after flooring. New toilets as well. Customer is VERY happy...already hired us to clean/paint outside of same house. (NOTE: Pics are not in order...Facebook would not let me edit order...sorry for any confusion...) Oh, and painted entire garage and add-on shop/storage (pics of that to follow)...
