Bayside Machine Corp. in De Pere, WI is hiring experienced Fabrication Welders! 👨‍🏭👩‍🏭

If you take pride in laying down clean welds, working with your hands, and turning raw material into quality finished parts, we want to hear from you!

⚡ What we’re looking for:
🔧 3–5+ years of TIG & MIG welding experience
🔥 Experience welding stainless steel & carbon steel
📐 Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
🛠 Strong fabrication, fitting, grinding & finishing skills
🎯 An eye for quality, appearance, and precision
💪 Someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a team

Bonus points if you have experience with:
✨ Food-grade/sanitary welding
✨ Purge welding stainless
✨ Polishing & appearance-critical finishing
✨ Forklift operation

⏰ FIRST SHIFT
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

💰 Pay based on experience
💵 $1,000 bonus after 1 year of service!
📍 De Pere, Wisconsin
