We are seeking an energetic individual to help fill an administrative role within our office. Qualified applicant must be a self-motivator who is willing to take on numerous tasks. Individual will work closely with all personnel within the company and be the first voice our customers hear when they call. We are seeking an individual who is not afraid to take initiative, willing to give suggestions on ways to continually improve, and not be afraid to make mistakes in creating the best work environment for all.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Answer the phone in a professional manner
* Data Entry to include but not limited to: vendor invoices/credits; customer billing; maintaining accurate records
* Accurately maintaining both our electronic filing system and hard copy filing system
* Accurately maintain employee safety records and assist with organizing safety training as necessary
* Compile spreadsheets/data as needed
* Assist the Office Manager/Owners as needed
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years Associated Degree or 2-3 years working in an office environment
* Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Microsoft 365/Sharepoint knowledge is a plus
