Here we have LaserForm certified welders working on a 1/2 carbon steel frame, applying a pulsed MIG welding procedure(GMAW-P)

Pulsed MIG welding is an advanced, modified spray-transfer welding technique. It alternates the welding current between a high peak (to detach molten metal droplets) and a low background (to maintain the arc without adding excess heat).

This produces spatter-free, high-quality welds on thick material!

Making sparks fly❤️‍🔥 but really though, that’s why we maintain our front doors closed for safety when laser operations are in process! Our modern Mitsubishi lasers are equipped with large, wide-opening doors that allow for easy access to the work table for maintenance or loading. They also have a safety monitoring system to prevent the laser from firing if the door is open, ensuring operator protection!
