We are currently looking to hire Foundation Techs to join our team located in the Kansas City area.

At Sillers Foundation Repair, we offer mudjacking, foundation repair, foundation piering, wall straightening, wall bracing, basement waterproofing, drainage systems, sump pump installation, foundation crack repair, yard grading and more!

Job Requirements include but are not limited to:

Manual labor such as excavating, digging, shoring and back-filling
Loading and unloading materials
Safely operating company equipment
Preparing and cleaning job sites
Working outdoors

Requirements

Heavy lifting up to 50 pounds
Physically demanding with motions such as bending, stooping and lifting
Ability to stand, walk, and perform the physical labor required for a full-day's work
Valid Driver's License and ability to commute to to different job sites as needed
Previous construction related experience is a plus but not required

Sillers Foundation Repair Inc. is looking to expand our team with an experienced and reliable Concrete Finisher. We are offering competitive pay of $18-$25 an hour based upon fit and experience. This is a full-time position with consistent work. Potential candidates must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and 1+ years of Concrete Finishing experience. Must be able to work safely in accordance with OSHA and with proper handling of equipment and materials. Due to the physical nature of this position, potential candidates must have the ability to regularly lift objects of 50lbs and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. We are looking for a positive and productive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively as a team member to complete jobs in a timely manner.
