We are excited to recognize Morgan Schuler as our latest Wendling Way Award winner!

Morgan stepped in to lead the Project Management function for the buildout of the Moscow Solar Array, coordinating the many contractors involved and ensuring the project stayed on track. This responsibility was above and beyond his regular duties, and he did an outstanding job guiding the effort to completion.

The project is now live and operating successfully. The Moscow Array represents Wendling’s third solar-filled unit and is another strong example of our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability.

Thank you, Morgan, for going above and beyond and helping lead Wendling forward!

Redline Team Spotlight:

Parker Nemmers, Specialty Products Production & Sales Coordinator at Wendling/Redline, has a formal education in turf management, complemented by hands-on experience. His primary responsibilities include scheduling material deliveries, coordinating production schedules, and supporting material sales. Also, Parker actively participates in production processes when workload demands dictate.

We wrapped up the year with our Emerging Leaders group at Dave & Buster’s, and it was the perfect way to celebrate a year of growth.

Throughout the year, this team invested time in strengthening leadership skills, building cross-department relationships, and challenging themselves to think bigger about their impact across the company. Ending the year with some friendly competition, connection, and plenty of laughs was well deserved.
