NorthWest Construction installed a Certainteed Landmark Max Definition roofing system in Livonia this past week. There were structural issues with the bay window which were addressed and rectified. Not many roofing companies would have even tackled the complicated issue with the window which was installed years ago by another company. This garage had all the roof deck and framing at the front roof plane severely rotted and a grage door header also rotted in half from years of water damage.
